Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) ERP Sales Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 3+ years in ERP software Sales Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) ERP Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software sales excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell ERP solutions. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to product enhancements. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Requirements: Proven experience in ERP software selling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong understanding of ERP solutions and business processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and build long-term business relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling ERP solutions in industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance. MBA or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
