Job Description
- Experience: 3 to 5 years Skills: React, PHP Project - EdTech Work Mode: Hybrid (3-4 Days work from office) Location: Gurgaon Open Positions: 30 Interview Rounds: 2 technical rounds & 1 HR round Key Responsibilities Preferred Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days Design and implement dynamic web applications using React and PHP. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces. Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between front and back ends. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Debug and troubleshoot software issues as they arise. Research and implement new web technologies and frameworks. Create and maintain database schemas and manage data storage solutions. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Provide technical support during product launches and implementations. Document code and processes to facilitate team collaboration. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficient in JavaScript and React.js for client-side development. Strong knowledge of PHP for server-side scripting. Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Understanding of RESTful services and API design principles. Experience using version control tools like Git. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Familiarity with front-end build tools and frameworks. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
