Globiva - Senior Lead/Solution Architect

Job Description Lead a team of 20 to 25 software developers Handon experience in micro services, based architecture Programming to deliver high quality web applications and Design, develop deploy new applications. Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and general product maintenance. Taking technical ownership of project deliveries and ensures own deliveries. Demonstrate ability to work within an agile team as well as collaborate with many other teams on design and implementation strategies. Follow Agile Development and project management methodology. Project planning, timelines and milestones for execution and deliverables. Should adhere to delivery schedules. Mentor and lead team members to continuously improve quality and productivity of deliverables. Skillsets Required Strong Hands-on knowledge of Server-Side Scripting language like NodeJS Web Framework. End to end knowledge from development to deployment Developing and maintaining all server-side network components. Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests. Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support. Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports. Strong command over ReactJs and JavaScript ecosystem. Deep understanding of relational databases like MySQL is required. Understanding of NoSQL would be an added advantage. Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required. Proficient in HTTP protocol, REST APIs, JSON, Proficient in HTML, CSS Knowledge of Git and Version Control Systems. Good To Have Exposure to building CRM based technology solutions in the past. (ref:hirist.tech),
