SAP Material Management / Logistics Consultant Business Process Manager (f/m/d) Responsibilities The Business Process Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting standardized, efficient, cost-effective process and system solutions supporting the companys business objectives and requirements. Act as the face of the department and company through interactions with internal and external customers, and vendors to collaboratively investigate and present technical solutions. Must work effectively within the corporations IT guidelines. Practice good housekeeping in all work areas. Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP use for business working with IT partners to develop solutions based on business requirements and maximizing standard or customized functionality. Analyze, design, development, and implementation (set-up, testing, support, training, and enhancements). Participate in extracting and mapping SAP MM & Logistics master data. Provide extraction of Mm & Logistics master data for reporting purposes. Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update/creation of application documentation for changes. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and next-generation platforms and recommend solutions that drive innovation and business value. Learn and adopt new technologies and tools as required. Creating know-how and design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects & Consultants. Identifies stakeholders, business problems, and business objectives related to system issues and projects while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems. Ease of Stakeholder management including External: Interacts with vendors. AMS and Basis Providers 3rd Party software vendors Internal. With other IT team members, all manufacturing sites at all levels. Site and Corporate Business leadership teams. Qualifications University degree in supply chain, computer science or a comparable degree with skills and experience as a software developer. Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain, production or sales related, with a strong interest in affinity with Information Technology. Alternatively, a bachelors degree in computer science with minor in business administration. Minimum 10-year SAP experience with emphasis on MM core processes and experience with integration of MM -related 3rd party software. Minimum 8-year experience in ERP migration and SAP implementation. Minimum 5-year hands on experience with MM process automation applications. with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Prior work experience in a manufacturing organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope, and complexity a plus. Strong understanding & experience in Integration of SAP MM with SAP Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written English and optional German communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors. Intermediate high-level abilities in TEAMs, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word. Project management skills: proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time and without compromise to quality of work output. Proven ability to communicate optimally to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written format. Business acuity: Identify stakeholders, business problems, business objectives while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems. US and other international travel as required. Default CET time zone hours with flexibility to work other hours as projects require. Ability to work with minimal direction in a very multifaceted environment. Ability to learn new systems and tools. Detail oriented, proactive, creative, efficient, and an active listener with the ability to organize and prioritize work. ,
