We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Manager. The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company in terms of revenue as well as, to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies and help GoTo Market in line with current & future market needs.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions from across the Globe
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company and aligns with strategic Interest.
- Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Travel to other places of business partnership opportunity.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
Key Requirements
- Should have MBA preferably from tier 1, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience on GTM from SaaS eco system.
- Must Poses 4+years of Relevant SaaS experience for Partnership & Alliance.
- Must have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Must have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions across globe.
- Should be highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tech stack eg. CRM tools.
