HCLTech is Hiring Job location - Noida 5 days working Fix Sat-Sun Off Both Side cabs Process - International Voice Work Mode - WFO EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME JOB SUMMARY The CSR Agent will be the point of referral for all transaction-based customer issues. This role will be responsible for complete, accurate and timely resolution of customer requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing calls and customer service inquiries, make outbound wherever required Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Required Profile & Experience: Good fluency in English - both written and spoken Experience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times Graduate must in any stream. Experience required 1-5 years from International background only (Voice/Blended). Candidate should be comfortable to work at Night shifts or Australian shifts Graduate Fresher can also apply with Excellent communication skills.
