The ideal candidate should have a background in B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This position requires an immediate joiner who can oversee and manage various civil construction projects efficiently. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate construction projects in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. 2. Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. 3. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 4. Monitor the progress of construction projects and address any issues or delays promptly. 5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project requirements and quality control standards. 6. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules. 7. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed. 8. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes. 9. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and requirements. 10. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Requirements: 1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution. 2. Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. 4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 9. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed. 10. Immediate availability for joining.
