As the Head of IT Service Delivery & Security Operations, you will work remotely from home (in India) with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographies. As the Head of IT Service Delivery & Security Operations, you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of OnceHub's internal IT stack to OnceHub employees. Your primary goal is to ensure a stable and secure environment for the delivery of IT services to employees in compliance with IT Policies & Procedures. Key Responsibilities IT Service Delivery : Develop and manage the IT service delivery framework. Maintain and enhance the IT Services Catalog. Ensure IT services comply with company policies. Implement and refine BCP and DR solutions. Oversee the IT service desk, adhering to KPIs and SLAs. Manage hardware inventory and the desktop computing environment. Supervise IT onboarding/offboarding processes and mentor the IT service delivery team. Collaborate with other departments and produce supporting documentation. Manage and mentor an IT Support Assistant. Security Operations Manage and optimize network security (SASE network solution). Implement advanced endpoint management for security. Enhance asset and network security in non-production environments. Develop user awareness controls and address non-compliance proactively. Mitigate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with teams. Manage third-party audit engagements and plan for future certifications. Implement automation in security infrastructure. Establish metrics for security measures" effectiveness and continuously update security practices. Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain. 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery and security operations. Proven experience in conducting SOC 2 audits. Strong understanding of endpoint management solutions and SASE network solutions. Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery and compliance management. Experience working with Jira. Proven leadership abilities and strong team management skills.
