Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Valid nursing license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred for specific departments. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices and procedures. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Practical understanding of pharmacology and patient medication management. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Experience in a specialized nursing field is a plus. Active participation in nursing professional organizations is encouraged.
