Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager - SAAS at one of the leading MNC in Kochi. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team. As Product Manager you will be part of the Product Management Team and will be pivotal to growing our products and services in line with our strategic goals. You will work alongside our product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to create effective and innovative capabilities across our industry leading HR applications and services. Also acting as a contributor, this role will carry strategic responsibility for a defined area of our HR and Employee Self-Service product, and collaborative support for delivery of others. Responsibilities Product discovery: Develop and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Work closely with Product and Product Design to ensure that we are solving the right problems in the right way. Leverage data such as NPS and usage to supplement customer and market research to support this. Product prioritization: Turn the product vision into action by driving backlog validated by customer insight. Work with the engineering teams to ensure that planned work is underpinned by clear user stories and acceptance criteria Product delivery: Act as product owner within the scrum team, helping to remove blockers and ensure that product delivery is on time and meets customer needs. Product in-life:. Monitor product performance including NPS and usage identifying opportunities for improvement to feed into the product backlog. Evangelism and support to the business stakeholders and customers to ensure that the value of the product is realised. Product life-cycle management. People management: Coach, mentor and manage a team of Product Managers. You will set clear and measurable objectives and providing regular feedback and guidance. About you: 10+ years experience as a Group/Lead/Senior Product Manager 5+ years people management experience Experience working as part of a global matrix western-based organization Experience of end to end product management cycle working across multiple engineering teams Experience in agile methodology and working in a scrum team as a product owner Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with senior stakeholders Have a passion for solving customer needs Strategic and structured thinking to develop and drive product strategy A creative force yourself, but equally, facilitate a creative dialog and stimulate others to be creative drivers as well to identify new solutions to customers needs Ability to build strong relationships within Client and with customers Persistent in bringing strong evidence, with clear communication and influence to mobilize Client to deliver great solutions to customer needs Bring a growth mindset, challenging team members to move to best practice and being open to learning from others Smart and restlessly curious to learn new products, technology and business processes (with a solid understanding of these and the commercials of a software organization) Able to pivot from 30,000ft product strategy with senior leadership to 1,000ft product detail with a development team Bonus points for Experience in HR software or services Data analysis skills Scrum Certification,
