- Formulate and lead the organizations long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Design and execute business strategies aimed at boosting growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and assess risks to enhance the organizations market position.
- Spearhead domestic and international market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee the organizations day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and efficiency across all departments including Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.

- Supervise the organizations financial planning, budgeting, and resource management to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the CFO to ensure financial stability, profitability, and cost control measures are in place.

- Lead investment and capital allocation decisions to support strategic business expansion.
- Develop strategies to cultivate a high performing, engaged, and motivated workforce.
