Manage inventory and ensure availability of essential medical supplies. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff. Engage in continuous medical education and training sessions. Support health promotion activities within the community. Participate in quality assurance activities as part of departmental initiatives. Required Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized medical college. Registered with the Medical Council of India. Additional qualifications in emergency medicine are a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Proficient in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support. Strong understanding of clinical guidelines and protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Capability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethics. Willingness to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Adept at using diagnostic equipment and procedures. Open to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
