The Role
The role is responsible to facilitate smooth and quality operations of all the equipment and instrument at Process R&D laboratories and 100% compliance on regulatory/ quality/training requirement associated with the same and document pertaining to audit and corrective and preventive action compliance.
Key Result Areas
Role-specific:
Good knowledge of synthetic chemistry and process R&D of API and advanced intermediates
Analytical knowledge of HPLC, NMR and LCMS and also analytical interpretation
Planning and execution of laboratory experiments associated with assigned projects
Proactive planning of the experiments and Risk assessment knowledge to handle the critical/ pyrophoric/hazardous reactions
Exposure to Transfer the process to Kilo lab or Pilot plant
