- Job Description: A highly skilled and motivated Lead Python Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services. As the Lead Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of developers, driving the development of robust and scalable Python-based applications. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and possess a strong working knowledge of OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and various AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge. Your role will be critical in architecting and implementing solutions that meet the high standards of performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive the design and architecture of Python-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Python Development: Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code to meet project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a robust solution Database Expertise: Utilize your strong SQL expertise to design and optimize database schemas. Work with various database technologies, including OpenSearch, Redis, and MongoDB. AWS Services: Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services, such as Lambda and Event Bridge, to build scalable and efficient solutions. Stay updated on the latest AWS features and best practices. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team as needed. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions to improve overall system functionality Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer or similar role. Strong expertise in Python development, with a focus on performance and scalability. In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with various technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and Event Bridge. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Certification in AWS or relevant technologies(e.g., AWS Certified Developer). Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.,
