- Job Title: React Developer Location: Kolkata (Work from Office) Experience Required: 3 years+ in ReactJS, NextJS, MongoDB, and Prisma Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Junior React Developer with 3 years+ of experience working with ReactJS and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS or NextJS and have hands-on experience with MongoDB. You will join our dynamic development team, focusing on building user-friendly web applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating to implement scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy front-end features using ReactJS or NextJS. Design and manage efficient MongoDB databases for data management. Work collaboratively with the design and backend teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications. Debug and troubleshoot software issues in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: o Proficiency in ReactJS and/or NextJS. o Experience with MongoDB database management. o Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. o Knowledge of Git and version control systems. Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on ReactJS and NextJS. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Node.js, Express, or other backend technologies.
