Position:- Application Support Manager Experience:- 13+ years Location:- Mumbai Notice period:- immediately to 30days only Total Years of experience: 13-16 years Managerial experience: 3-5 years Technical skills: JAVA, J2EE, Oracle, Unix / Linux, WAS / Weblogic Mandatory Skills: Prior experience in handling Production Support & Services delivery for two or more customers simultaneously in a Product company Prior experience in Banking domain in Transaction Banking business. Strong and demonstrated understanding of Production Support & Service Delivery processes Strong analytical, Decision making and conflict resolution skills Hands on experience in technology (Java, J2EE, Oracle) / Banking domain for at least a few years before moving to managerial level - Must be willing to roll up the sleeves when required. Conversant with production support metrics and ability to prepare and present MIS reports. Good Customer management and communication skills - demonstrated ability to interact with Senior IT, Operations and Business stakeholders from the Customer's side. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of diverse professionals (Developer, Analyst, Testers, and SME) and work in a matrix organization. Must have managed a team of 8-10 direct reports Desirable Skills: Technical certification in one or more of the technical skills cited above Exposure to India Banking sector and Cash Management Solutions ITIL Certification,
