Job Description Architect and develop software systems incorporating AI and machine learning technologies to address complex challenges. Led a team of software developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies. Collaborated closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and actionable plans. Provided technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conducted thorough code reviews, identified areas for optimization, and ensured adherence to coding standards and best practices. Championed the adoption of emerging technologies and tools to improve the development process's efficiency and effectiveness. Remained current with industry trends and advancements in AI, software development, and related technologies. The Successful Applicant Experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, and/or data-driven applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, golang and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
