Job Description Full Stack Technical Lead Location: Baner, Pune ( Hybrid ) Experience: 9+ Years We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in Python and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications, leading a team of engineers, and driving innovation in AI-based solutions. This role requires expertise in backend and frontend development, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based architectures. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications for Gen AI projects. Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps. Develop and optimize AI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks. Implement APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with frontend applications. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications. Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers for seamless integration. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Requirements Proven experience (9+ years) in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Python. Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models, etc.). Strong backend development skills using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API. Knowledge of cloud services and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing AI-powered chatbots, NLP applications, or text/image generation models. Familiarity with LangChain, Vector Databases, or fine-tuning LLMs. Prior experience leading a development team or project. Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment best practices.,
