Job Description
- Location Studio in DLF Corporate Greens, Sec-74, Gurugram. Experience Required 05 years and above Employment Type Contractual - (Flexible 10am 7pm / Monday Saturday) Key Responsibilities Pitch, Design & Manage Sales. Be Responsible for Sales and Cost Efficiency of Project. Ensure On-Time Delivery Client Satisfaction > 95% Secondary Responsibilities Develop and Oversee - Detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office, including shop drawings, furniture layouts, brick layouts, plumbing plans, lighting plans, electrical plans, elevations, ceiling plans, sections, and door/window schedules. Review - Modular kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities technical drawings while ensuring ergonomic and standard dimension compliance. Implement expertise in interior finishing details for civil works, plumbing, electrical, woodwork, carpentry, and custom furniture. Design with strong knowledge of hardware, accessories, and their dimensions. Prepare and present design concepts and material boards to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and budget. Assist clients in material selection and provide vendor order details, including inspiration images, drawings, and 3D renders. You may also take support from In-house Team as needed. Calculate BoQ (Bill of Quantities) and material lists as per design and drawings. Conduct site visits for measurements, assessing structural challenges, and ensuring design feasibility. Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Preference given to candidates who create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs. Client & Project Management Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs. Deliver engaging presentations with material selections and multiple design concepts. Ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Requirements & Skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (or related field). At least 5 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or freelance work within the interior design industry. Proven sales proficiency ability to pitch, convert leads, and manage end-to-end client relationships. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office (SketchUp/3Ds Max and V-Ray preferred). Strong presentation & client management skills ability to articulate design concepts and close deals effectively. Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Passion for design, creativity, and a keen eye for detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions. Benefits Design partners can earn up to 5% of the project cost**. Compensation is commission-only. Design partners can choose their hours and the number of projects they work on You operate out of Live Fabulous Studio in Gurgaon to meet clients, design, organize, and manage projects. Live Fabulous will provide the Leads, backend support, onsite supervision, access to our proprietary resources, tools, vast catalog of furniture, decor, products, services, and incredible network. The contract supersedes all previous terms and conditions Design partners cannot assign or transfer their rights and obligations to a third party.
