Job Description
- Responsibilities Work with members of the Navikenz/client teams building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth Collaborate with/contribute to a cross-functional team including product and design and planning/design/implementation activities as part of solution realization. Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design. Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs. Develop and maintain internal software tools, accelerators, platforms. Support, troubleshoot and debug software in production. Identify bottlenecks, and improve continuously software performance, reliability, and overall quality. Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning and improvement opportunities. Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment. Create, maintain & improve design/technical documentation, manuals, how-to guides, etc. Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Programming: Strong proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming. Design Principles: In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns. Frameworks: Extensive experience with Flask or FastAPI for developing RESTful services. Familiarity with Django is a plus. Databases: Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL. Front-end: Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS. Full Stack Development: Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development. Technical Skills: Hands-on coding expertise with a focus on quality and performance. Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with anyone of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of database design and management (SQL).,
