Job Description: Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing product content (creating, updating/maintaining and retiring content) using Content Management Systems (AEM) Be a AEM, CMS expert and advise on technical challenges and understand content workflow implication Ability to understand and apply logic around problems that occur Has to work with multiple global teams to follow-up, troubleshoot and fix issues that may arise during day to day assignments and other longer term projects Work under directions of Operations lead and /or functional leadership to intake requirements, implement updates/changes with highest quality Deliver project goals within SLAs Challenge status quo by proposing newer tools / methods / tactics in problem solving Should be able to use multiple tools with basic training Have a decent knowledge of Excel, business email and reporting this is required day-to-day Passion to learn and apply multiple problem solving technique Essential Requirements Graduate with 3+ years experience, working knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript preferred Content Publishing using enterprise level CMS (MOSS, AEM, SharePoint) or advanced customization and publishing experience using WordPress, Joomla, etc Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent execution skills with high quality, focus on prioritization, timeliness and SLA adherence Effective communication skills verbal and written English language Why SA Technologies Inc.
