- About The Role We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users, focusing on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining a central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Your experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, CodeIgniter, and Shopify will be crucial as you integrate front-end elements crafted by your colleagues into our applications. Responsibilities Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Build reusable code and libraries for future use, focusing on best practices for scalability and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experience. Implement security measures and data protection strategies across all platforms. Design and implement efficient data storage solutions tailored to project requirements. Collaborate closely with team members to build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications to handle varying loads. Conduct data migration, transformation, and scripting to ensure seamless integration of new features. Setup and administration of backups to safeguard data integrity. Develop and maintain database schemas that align with business processes and user needs. Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code quality. Utilize code versioning tools, such as Git, for effective collaboration and version control. Ensure compliance with OWASP security principles and implement best practices for session management in distributed environments. What You Need For This Position Proven experience in developing and managing WooCommerce, WordPress, CodeIgniter, and Shopify projects. Proficient in back-end programming languages, particularly PHP (mandatory), with experience in Node.js, Ruby, or Python being a plus. Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience in building custom WordPress themes and plugins; familiarity with WooCommerce customizations is highly desirable. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance standards. Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into cohesive systems. Familiarity with user authentication and authorization processes across various systems and environments. Experience with data output in different formats and managing complex data flows. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.
