Employment Type: Full-time With 3 years minimum Contract Job Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive architectural plans for residential, commercial, and urban projects. Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and feasibility assessments. Create master plans, layouts, and conceptual designs in alignment with project requirements. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate design and planning solutions. Use CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to develop detailed planning documents. Prepare presentations, reports, and planning proposals for clients and authorities. Optimize spatial efficiency, land use, and infrastructure design. Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Strong knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and urban design principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, GIS, and other planning software. Experience in master planning, township planning, and infrastructure development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
