- Job Title: Coding Trainer (Online - EdTech Startup) Job Location: work from office Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a fast-growing EdTech startup committed to delivering high-quality online education. Our platform provides industry-relevant training to students and professionals, empowering them with cutting-edge coding and programming skills. We are looking for passionate coding trainers who can inspire and educate learners through engaging online sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live online coding classes for students of different age groups and skill levels. Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, coding exercises, and assessments. Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and mentorship to students. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into training sessions. Collaborate with the content team to develop new courses and improve existing ones. Maintain high levels of engagement and motivation among students. Assess student progress and provide reports on learning outcomes. Address student queries and troubleshoot coding challenges during sessions. Monitor and evaluate teacher performance based on student feedback, engagement levels, and learning outcomes. Implement continuous improvement plans for teaching methods and content delivery. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in coding instruction, training, or mentoring. Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc. Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React, Node.js (preferred). Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Hands-on experience with databases, cloud computing, and development tools is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts. Prior experience in online training or EdTech platforms is an advantage. Preferred: Experience with coding bootcamps, hackathons, or project-based learning. Certification in teaching, coding, or instructional design.
