Role and Responsibilities: Performing daily systemmonitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,systems and applications,reviewing system and application logs Establishing systemspecifications by conferring with users, analyzingworkflow, access, information, and security requirements Establishing a systemby planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, Operating System Management Systems, defining system and operational policies and procedures Establishing and securing the InternetGateway with a Firewall system, integrating the VPNsystem, defining Firewall policies and procedures Maintaining the organizations communication systemsuch as telephones and mobile device management Preparing users by designing and conducting trainingprograms, providing references and support Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities,reading professional publications,maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations Executing the projects as an L1 in the team with guidance from the Associate (L2) Prerequisites: Excellenttechnical knowledge of computer hardware Working knowledge of current protocols, standards, and operating systems, such as Windows 10,Windows 7/8,Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 CCNA, CCNP and MSCE certification Microsoft 365 Certified Professional Software and Hardware troubleshooting Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice 2010,Office 2013 & Office 2016 support Knowledge ofrouters,switches, and firewall Strong fundamentals in networking and troubleshooting Excellentmulti-tasking skills Good written &oral communication skills Willingnessto growand learn Good interpersonalskill Experience 0 2 years of experience Education BE/B.Tech/MCA Compensation The compensation structure will be as per industry standard,
