Must have skills : Configuration Database & CI Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE Graduates Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. Your typical day will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available, and managing the Configuration Database & CI Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and release management. - Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. - Manage the Configuration Database & CI Management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management and ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Configuration Database & CI Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networks. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.,
