Job Description
8 to 12 years of experience with at least 3 + years of Project Management experience
Experience in providing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
Manage deliveries of one or more software development teams (team size of ~8-10 members)
Strong .NET (C#) development skills
Proficiency in OOP, SOLID, and Software design patterns
Strong knowledge of RESTful API, messaging patterns
Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core
Strong knowledge of MS SQL database
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (Good to have)
Good understanding of microservices architecture
Familiarity with Azure/ AWS Cloud
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, experience, and clear understanding of how to plan and execute within sprints
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Experience in team handling and decision-making.
Experience in handling multiple projects
Coordinate with internal teams for execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope
End-to-end accountability and ownership of delivery for assigned project(s)
Provides technical guidance to solve a complex problem. Performing coding, code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process
Drives consistency to the relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical design while supporting the definition, maintenance, and implementation of technology standards
Understand customer requirements in detail, and perform estimations for project work using appropriate estimation techniques
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management and arrive at suitable mitigation plans
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
