Duties and Responsibilities - Anchor and Contribute to Development of Talent Management Programs o Understand BFL s Talent Development needs. o Work closely with the TM Lead senior leaders and incumbent talent pool to create talent development initiatives for BFL o Identify skills needed for development of the Talent Pool o Identify / create talent assessments in line with identified skill sets to assess development gaps o Deploy these talent assessments and drive them to gather developmental inputs. o Create development journeys in co-partnership with critical stakeholders o Socialize with stakeholders in HR and other significant stakeholders and get buy-in for different Talent Management programs Manage Newly Created and Ongoing Talent Identification and Development Initiatives: o Collaborate with HR Partner L&D team to ensure smooth implementation of engagement and development programs for identified talent pool. This can include talent systems mentoring programs succession planning etc. o Work closely with the business leaders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of all programs and seek support or raise red flags as and when may be needed. o Continuously gather feedback on the programs rolled out and identify opportunities for improvement/ change etc. o Manage in a sustained way queries from various segments of employee on the ongoing program and provide resolution to them. Participate in designing Coordinating and driving Talent Management activities of the group companies o Work closely with Group Talent Management Teams to execute Org / Group Talent Management objectives for various initiatives. o Coordinate with the identified SPOCs at the Group for deploying TM initiatives within BFL. o Work on and provide BFL specific data to the Group TM Team as and when may be needed. , * Qualifications: a) Executive MBA General Management b) Graduate: Bachelor Accounting and Finance Skills Instruction Design Capabilities: Should be able to create and develop content for various training programs and initiatives. (Good Authoring Skills) Facilitation: Should be able to facilitate conversations with not only incumbents at own level, but multiple levels senior to one s own. Conversational and Influencing Skills: Should be able to carry on conversations with a variety of stakeholders and be able to influence them on points crucial to the deployment of TM interventions. Should have a good know-how of different kinds of assessment. Someone who has worked on creating and having deployed assessment tools before such as 360 Degree, etc. MS Excel / Office Work Experience- 5 7 years
