Job Description

:
To provide inputs to design engineers on manufacturing feasibility of machined and fabricated
(sheet metal) components
To work out cost estimates for multiple concepts and suggest optimized process to achieve cost
targets
To support component (fabricated / machined) development and trouble shoot issues
encountered during component development and assembly
To provide support for assembly fixtures, gauges and test benches for new and existing products
To work with CNC machine supplier during installation and establishment of machines, setting up
system for smooth running of the component manufacturing shop (CNC machine)
To offer new ideas and suggestions for Quality improvement and Cost Reduction
