Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, provide them with menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all special requests and dietary preferences are communicated to the kitchen.

Serving Food & Beverages: Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Ensure that all orders are delivered as requested and meet the hotel's quality standards.

Table Management: Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Set up tables for service, clear dishes, and reset tables between guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner. Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of the dining areas and guest satisfaction.

Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverage safety standards and hygiene practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including utensils, glassware, and service stations.

Stock Management: Assist in stocking service areas with necessary items such as napkins, cutlery, glasses, condiments, and beverages.

Billing and Payments: Provide accurate bills to guests, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions securely.

Event Support: Assist in setting up for special events, banquets, or conferences, including arranging seating, serving, and cleaning up after events.
