The MediaTeks ISD Automotive Technology team is revolutionizing its cutting-edge Wireless, Multimedia, AR/VR/XR, Computer Vision, Generative AI Technologies, and working closely with global Automakers/Tier-1s, consortiums, and creating the safer roads and transportation with evolution of Automotive Infotainment, ADAS/Autonomous Driving and Telematics products. MediaTeks Automotive Technology team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help Develop, define, and execute MediaTeks most advanced Automotive products. Requirement Professional Experience: 10 to 15 years Technical Skillset Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop program goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, discuss involvement of business processes and drives decisions necessary for on time delivery. Develops and manages the execution of the program (e.g., on time, on budget) for multiple programs including schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholders identification, and prioritization. Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action to ensure program success. Identifies and secures resources to ensure alignment of team with program/technology demand for multiple programs. Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and create a risk mitigation plan for multiple program(s). Promotes program vision and objectives within the team, ensures program objectives are met or exceeded, presents program vision to management, and gains buy-in from stakeholders. Promotes adoption of processes by applying best practices and identifying and executing process improvement initiatives across the Program Management team. Knowledge of program management methodology, tools to carry out the program management function. Additional Skills The idle candidate might have demonstrated ability to work with engineers/partners/customers across different geographies and contribute to large-scale SW program management according to Automotive (ASPICE) processes. Exposure to one or more of below technology areas is a plus: Understanding of Automotive SW product cycle and key SW OS technology, and Graphics/Display/AI and Multimedia technologies.
