Job Title: Quality Engineering Specialist (Storage+ Python)

Exp: 5 Years-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.

 

Job Description:

 

Primary skills- Storage +Python testing

 

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science/IT/Software Systems with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Very strong knowledge on Python scripting with expertise on advanced Python programming
• Strong Server/Storage/networking Industry experience
• Knowledge of controllers, drivers and networking components
• Sound switching experience
• Knowledge of fiber channel operation and protocols (SAN, FC, FCoE protocol knowledge, multipath, RAID etc)
• Strong experience supporting client servers (blades and rack systems)
• Experience on Server testing, troubleshooting
• Experience installing drivers/updating drivers
• Relevant Storage, Network or Server O/S certifications.
• Troubleshooting experience within Ethernet and/or SAN environment
• Good to Have
• Sound knowledge on Linux Operating system.
• Knowledge of server OS Windows, VMware
• Solid experience analyzing, using and configuring medium to large networks
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Unix/Linux Kernel
• Experience with Agile Methodology. Experience with Jira or Rally for the project management.
