Job Profile- Customer Support Associate

Skills Required:

Undergraduate & Graduate with relevant documents.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Salary :17-22k
Shift timings : rotational shift
6 days working and 1 rotational week off.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
Document in detail all interactions with customers
Effectively articulate information to customers
Educate customers on products. Help customers to be successful
Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality.
