Salary : Depend on the interview Location: Sandhurst Road Mumbai Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Representative to join our US Chemical Industry team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our chemical products and services to existing and potential customers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues related to chemical products and services. Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and promote our chemical products and services to customers. Sales Support: Provide sales support to the US Chemical Industry sales team, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing product information. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our chemical products and services, including features, benefits, and applications. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Problem-Solving: Analyze customer complaints and issues, and develop effective solutions to resolve them. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant chemical industry regulations. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data, orders, and other relevant information into our system.
