The Specialist of Global Internal Communications will partner closely with the Global Communications team and partners across the business to drive meaningful interactions with our employees and communities around the world connecting them with the information, resources and support they need to challenge today and reinvent tomorrow.

Success in this role is grounded in the ability to listen, ask questions for deeper understanding, and ultimately, translate complex and often sensitive information into crisp, clear communications

• Develop and execute communication strategies that inform employees, inspire action and achieve business objectives
• Help draft communications on behalf of our corporate functions to educate and inform our people about initiatives and efforts across our internal channels
• Follow corporate brand standards to ensure message consistency

• Track analytics and metrics that demonstrate effectiveness of deliverables and tactics, identify key learnings, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate well with partners across a highly matrixed organization including fostering positive relationships with key teams and stakeholders across the business
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills
• Delivers projects successfully whether working independently or with a team in a way that s proactive, results-oriented and deadline-driven
• Exhibit an innate curiosity and desire to learn; always looking for ways to improve and innovate

Qualifications

Established experience in marketing, communications.

An English writer who can expertly craft communications in the most simple, clear and straightforward manner

Proven and successful track record of moving projects forward with an eye on what s next as well as what s to come

Degree in English, English literature, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent is definitely preferred

2-8 years of Experience in internal/employee communications is required.

Knowledge of AP Style

Experience with website/content management, executive communications and change management
