Job Description
Qualification : Chartered Accountant
Experience : 4-5years (post-qualification)
Job Location : Sec-61, Gurgaon
Objective :
- To ensure the delivery of relevant, timely, and accurate reporting of financial information to internal & external stakeholders for financial and budgetary decision making.
- To oversee accounting and taxation.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
- Liasoning with banks for all the related works
- Managing external, internal, and cross functional stakeholders
- Handling several audits, both internal and external.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Closing of Accounts
- Experience on other modules like Budgets, Cash Management, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management & Transaction Tax is a plus.
Additional Skills required :
1. Good communication and presentation skills are appreciated
2. Ability to handle multiple deadlines
3. Has working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, and Tally / ERP
4. Good knowledge of the latest accounting and tax updates
5. Strong interpersonal skills to manage the work stream across segments
