Job Description

Experience : Min 2 years Qualification : Sales & Marketing (preferred) Graduate -Any Specialisation Job Description : CCNA,CCIE (preferred ) Provide technical support to customers via meetings, phone or email. Provide technical expertise to the client throughout the sales process Responsible for presentations, Sales Engineering support, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation assistance, Scope of Work (SOW) assistance, should know to run CCW tool. Be available as a pre-sales resource for sales and engineering Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person Professional demeanor and good communication skills Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan, implement and support IT solutions. Should have good knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure designing, implementation Should understand and design the concepts of HLD, LLD, Networking design and its concepts.,
