Job Description

Job Title : Full Stack Lead/Architect. Location : Remote. Job Description Key Responsibilities : Define the architectural direction and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Lead the design and development of back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Apollo Graph QL (Federated APIs, Gateways & Servers), and microservices. Oversee the implementation of AWS infrastructure, including Kubernetes (ECS/EKS), Lambda, Kinesis, Redis, Postgres, and DynamoDB. Guide the development of front-end solutions using React Native and Next.js. Mentor and support the engineering team, ensuring high standards of coding practices and architecture. Conduct code reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Required Skills Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in full-stack development. Extensive experience with Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and Express. Deep understanding of AWS services, including Kubernetes, Lambda, Kinesis, Redis, Postgres, and DynamoDB. Expertise in front-end frameworks : React Native and Next.js. Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to make high-level design decisions and explain complex technical concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading agile development teams. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices. Prior experience with federated GraphQL architecture (ref:hirist.tech),
