Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET MAUI resource to spearhead the design and development of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET MAUI, strong architectural skills, and a passion for creating robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Responsibilities Lead the architectural design and development of cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define and implement application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications. Participate in the planning and estimation of development activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a software architect with a focus on mobile application development. Extensive experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and related technologies. Experience with MVVM design pattern and other architectural patterns. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Experience of working in Healthcare domain. Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India,
