- Experience Role: ROR Lead Exp: 4 to 10 yrs Base Location: Chennai / Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA Skills specification Should have hands on experience in Requirement gathering involves client interaction, Analysis and designing application interface Should have hands on experience in Ruby on Rails Should have good experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript / JQuery Should be a Qucik learner Should be ready to get trained and adapt to cutting edge technologies (Ruby on Rails) Should have hands on experience in Database (MySQL/SQL, etc) Experience in database design would be nice Hands on experience in delivering mission critical projects to demanding customers Should have hands on experience in SDLC Should possess fair Team/project management experience Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
