Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mendix Technical Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of LCNC Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low-code development using Mendix, application architecture, and integrations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Mendix low-code platform.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Mendix development.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Integrate Mendix applications with third-party systems, APIs, and databases.
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Mendix applications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix development.
- Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, microflows, and page modeling.
- Experience in integrating Mendix applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Proficiency in Mendix Security, User Roles, and Performance Optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mendix Certification (Intermediate/Advanced)
- Experience in the insurance domain or financial services.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for Mendix custom development.
