Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The job holder is responsible for managing clients project delivery in accordance to clients vision and managing the project team including architects, MEP, and other vendors , according to clients preferred vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting Architects/ Interior Designers/ PMC's etc.
- Building relationship clients, Architects, MEP consultants and other appropriate associated vendors.
- Following up with Clients vendors
- Chair all meetings with stakeholders, design team, consultants & vendors.
- Onsite Team Management, to ensure roles and responsibilities are met .
- Establishment of project schedule from conception to completion.
- Establishment of overall project budget and budget control, including cost control and change management.
- Reporting Weekly/Monthly to clients - including deliverables/accurate implementation/ modification if change required.
- Implementation of Lean Construction Management approach.
- Level to understand the MEP scheme & drive the process accordingly.
Qualification:
BE/B.Arch
Degree in Professional Construction Management
Skills:
Computer skills- Proficient in excel, hands on experience in Project planning tools, E.g. MSP / Primavera.
Good at communication both - writing & verbal
Interpersonel skills, able to multi task & negotiate
Should be an excellent team player
Please note: Candidates who have earlier worked in similar industries like CBRE, LivSpace, KGD Architecture, C&W, Colliers, W Design Studio etc would be a plus.
