Qualification and Experience/Technical Expertise/
MBA degree in Human Resources or related field
4 to 6 years of professional experience inHRAdministration in a multinational company overseeing compliance related activityIn-depth knowledge of labor law andHR best practices
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, andHRsystems.
Have a strong customer service ethic & able to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to writeHRplans, processes, proposals and reports.
Time management, project management and organizational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must; attention to detail.
Key Skills &Job Responsibilities:
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
Preparation and providing of need based MIS reports and furnishing of various information to the Management
Excellent command on statutory and labor law compliances
Provide administrative and business support to the CEO and support other members of the executive management team.
Maintain CEOs calendar -- plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences and travel.
Draft and edit executive-level presentations, memorandums, and correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports.
Arrange business travel and complete lengthy expense reports for international and domestic trips.
Creates and sends requests for group appointments and meetings.
