Job Description
:1. Be responsible for corrugator start up, customer training including safety, operating and process.
2. Trouble shooting for boards quality.
3. Optimize training contents with tools, design exercises, instructional activities & Training assessments that reinforce learning.
4. Conduct needs analysis to ensure the training fulfils the needs & objective of the customer.
5. Working with mechanical and electrical team to implement operation unit project.
6. Facilitate learning of operating BHS corrugators, process and product training via in-house, on-site training, incorporate a variety of presentation methods to accommodate adult learning principles
7. Contribute to overall success of the service department by identifying ways to continuously improve the training process.
8. Other tasks assigned by manager.
9. Responsible for visiting onsite at customer as per the assigned projects.
