Urgently hiring back office only for local candidates(Pune).

Notice period-Immediate to 10 days

Work Timings: Evening or night shifts. 1800 to 0300 / 1900 to 0400

Process: Back office (Mix voice plus non-voice)

Qualification:

• Candidates with Graduate Degree (No Masters / No Engineers)
• 1-3 Years of experience in telecom billing process preferred

Job description:

• Work on tasks assigned on varied billing activities.
• Should be able to apply basic accounting knowledge related to payments, billed amounts & credit amounts.
• Investigate in multiple applications and resolve queries on tasks assigned
• Communicating via emails and calls with onshore clients.
• Responsible to meet the performance criteria set by the org.
