About the role: As a Staff Software Engineer on the Enphase Solar O&M Engineering Team, your mission will be to design, develop and maintain cloud-based software services & modules that cater to millions of users and process terabytes of data. You will lead the technical execution of projects and solve complex challenges in designing scalable systems. Enable Enphase to succeed in Solar Energy domain by building application and services for various stakeholders of the company including homeowners, installers and customer support. What you will do: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable REST APIs and microservices. Lead technical discussions and ensure sound architectural decisions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code. Debug and resolve critical production issues with a focus on root cause analysis. Optimize database queries and backend performance. Explore and implement new tools and frameworks to improve the development process. Who You Are And What You Bring B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and >70% marks 8+ years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in Python, Java, and Postgres. In-depth knowledge of software architecture and system design. Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
