Lead Cloud Operations AnalystWe're looking for a Lead Cloud Operations Analyst candidate with experience in Python and programming, terraform, Cloud (AWS / Azure), to join our team in Bangalore.
You will report to the Director, of DevOps.
You will work with DevOps assisting R&D teams to go-to build cloud infrastructure technologies. You will be the "go-to" person for R&D and DevOps teams for support on multi-cloud platforms. You will monitor the cloud resource usage, coordinate costing, collaborate, and advise users on resizing resources. Automate the delivery, maintenance, and monitoring the services and also coordinating/collaborating with R&D and IT to implement the processes.

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do- Design and implement the architecture of next generation of automated infrastructure following Infrastructure as a Code model.
- Create processes designed to measure system effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Seek ways to enhance systems operations, with a focus on automation and minimising cost.
- Stay informed about new technologies in the field and provide recommendations to organisational management on new solutions.
- Oversee the selection of orchestration tooling, and compliance audits and reporting.
- Responsible for identifying, correcting, and enhancing important software tools.
- Resolve problems relating to important service operations and to prevent their recurrence using different methods of automation
- Help improve reliability, stability and handle scalability challenges with engineering teams
- Resolve problems relating to important service operations and to prevent their recurrence using different methods of automation
- Mentor other engineers, define our technical culture, and help build a fast-growing team
- Configuration management tool experience such as Ansible, Chef, Spinnaker, and Kubernetes.
- Accountable and takes ownership and team player.
- Very comfortable working in an Agile DevOps oriented capacity, alongside Development partners
- Have analytical skills, mental resiliency and the ability to think systematically
- MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 2 years of relevant experience managing IT infrastructure and 3 years of Devops/CloudOps experience is must.
- Experience with any one public cloud computing technologies from vendors such as AWS, Azure, GCP is must.
- Have a understanding of the Linux or Unix family of OS and their underlying components Networking basics.
- Expertise in a high-level language anyone like Python or PowerShell.
- Experience managing cloud costs, rightsizing recommendations and exposure to tools like cloud.
- Familiar with "Infrastructure as Code" and ability to manage resources using python and json
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
