Cloud Administrator/Engineer (Global Support Infrastructure Team)

We're looking for a Cloud Administrator/Engineer candidate to join our team in Bangalore, India and will report to the Manager, Global Labs Infrastructure.

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do
  • Responsible for setup, configuring and patching activities.
  • Create and manage the Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
  • Responsible for backup and restore of services
  • Work daily on cloud requests via workload system.
  • Risk identification and documentation.
  • Be available on call.As an integral part of the Global Customer Support Infrastructure team, you will
  • Responsible for setup, configuring and patching activities.
  • Create and manage the Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
  • Responsible for backup and restore of services
  • Work daily on cloud requests via workload system.
  • Risk identification and documentation.
  • Be available on call.
What We'd Like to See
  • Experience on any Cloud services on AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI Administration
  • Ensure 100% system availability.
  • Must be good at troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Experience in setup, configure and patching.
  • Good hands on any scripting language like Shell, Python, etc.
  • Knowledge on any automation tool like Chef, terraforms, puppet will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge on any cloud services like Snowflake, ServiceNow, Saleforce, Databricks, etc.
Role Essentials
  • BE, BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the software industry supporting and managing Database servers/Cloud Services.
  • Excellent grasp of Cloud services and practice.
  • Any Cloud certification is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud ECO systems (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI).
  • Having experience or knowledge on Automation tools/scripting will be an added advantage
  • Having experience or knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in english speaking
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
