Cloud Administrator/Engineer (Global Support Infrastructure Team)We're looking for a Cloud Administrator/Engineer candidate to join our team in Bangalore, India and will report to the Manager, Global Labs Infrastructure.
Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do- Responsible for setup, configuring and patching activities.
- Create and manage the Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
- Responsible for backup and restore of services
- Work daily on cloud requests via workload system.
- Risk identification and documentation.
- Be available on call.As an integral part of the Global Customer Support Infrastructure team, you will
- Responsible for setup, configuring and patching activities.
- Create and manage the Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
- Responsible for backup and restore of services
- Work daily on cloud requests via workload system.
- Risk identification and documentation.
- Be available on call.
- Experience on any Cloud services on AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI Administration
- Ensure 100% system availability.
- Must be good at troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience in setup, configure and patching.
- Good hands on any scripting language like Shell, Python, etc.
- Knowledge on any automation tool like Chef, terraforms, puppet will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on any cloud services like Snowflake, ServiceNow, Saleforce, Databricks, etc.
- BE, BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience
- 3+ years of experience in the software industry supporting and managing Database servers/Cloud Services.
- Excellent grasp of Cloud services and practice.
- Any Cloud certification is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Cloud ECO systems (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI).
- Having experience or knowledge on Automation tools/scripting will be an added advantage
- Having experience or knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes will be an added advantage
- Proficient in english speaking
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
