Job Description

Looking for a Chartered Accountant who has knowledge of all financial activities and responsibilities. Male & female candidates are required. 

Qualification: CA Qualified; CA Inter

Experience : Minimum 5 years (CA Inter), minimum 8 years (CA Qualified)

Job Description:

• Driving process improvement to ensure smooth accounting and achieve cost reduction.
• Business segment wise monthly and annual Budget of profitability and cash flow.
• Business segment wise actual profit and loss report compared with Budget.
• Daily monitoring of Cash flow compared to planning.
• Monthly segment wise sales MIS, sales bridge and key customers
• Monthly MIS of Debtors ageing, DSO and target Vs. actual collection.
• Monthly MIS of Advance, creditors and monthly payment plan to suppliers.
• Weekly Monitoring of Advance report the status.
• Monthly and daily monitoring of Purchase transaction with budget
• Preparation of annual accounts.
• GST reconciliation and GST return.
• TDS deduction, payment and return TDS deduction, payment and return.
• On time Preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
• Monthly Payroll processing.
• Checking of invoice booking on daily basis
• Closing of Bill of entry and reporting status on monthly basis
• Ensure the accounting happened to correct cost centre.

Expert knowledge on different business processes, advance Excel, accounting standard and taxation is a must.
