Focuses on 2nd/3rd line applications support - SQL, .Net Stack (ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript) - being the bridge between 1st line support and the Development team in an Agile/Scrum environment
Manage and resolve incidents, requests and problems within set SLAs - communicating effectively with customers
Handle functional and customer escalations

Ensure knowledge articles are created, validated and published
Create technical documentation
